In order to guide all staff to read books, promote innovation, and build a platform for reading, thinking, sharing and growing, Greatoo (Guangzhou) recently held the "First Reading Club".
In the current information diversification, choose what to read and how to use the time outside of 8 hours, is a meaningful question to ask. In this regard, our employees Wu Fan, Zeng Yun, Zheng Canjie and other employees gave their answers at the reading club, calling on the participants to expand their reading, diversified development, and let the good books nourish the soul. At the meeting, General Manager Yang Yujun also shared with us two kinds of books he usually loves to read, including biographies and military warfare topics. Encourage participants to read these two types of books, talk to great people, and learn military thoughts from classic battles. Broaden the horizons of the individual, improve the technical level and psychological endurance, combine personal development with the company's development, and make contribution to company.
After the end of the sharing, the Deputy General Manager of our company, Hong Runlong, preached the "Ten Habits of Greatoo". He combined his own work experience in the Greatoo to conduct case analysis, and called on the participants to study ten habits in depth: learn to obey, care others, improve efficiency, be responsibility, persevere in diligence, work hard, keep communication, make feedback, summary and strive to be frugal.
After the short but meaningful activity, we believe that we have a clearer direction on the journey of struggle. By using books as friends, we can accumulate wisdom and light up our lives.
