On December 23, Director of the Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province, Mr. Wang Ruijun, accompanied by the leaders of the city's Mayor Ye Niuping and Jiedong District Mayor Xu Jianmang, visited the Greatoo (China&Germany) Robot and Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and was warmly received by Chairman Wu Chaozhong, President Zheng Xuxu and General Manager Zhang Shiqin.

The visit kicked off in a robot lion performance.  Chairman Wu introduced the development history and industry situation of our company to the guests, and introduced the layout of the industrial robot industry. Since 2013, the company has laid out the robot industry. At present, two robot subsidiaries in Guangzhou and Jieyang have been established. What’s more, Greatoo has established a wholly-owned subsidiary of Smart Manufacturing in Europe. This year, the company was selected as one of the first 15 industrial robot industry standard enterprises by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It was rated as the backbone enterprise of Guangdong Province and the vice president unit of Guangdong Robot Association. In addition to high grade, high precision, high stability and long life, the robot products of Greatoo also have the advantages of low cost, flexible operation and convenient maintenance. It is more in line with Chinese operating habits and needs. The products have obtained Chinese robot certification. (CR). The company now has a key laboratory for intelligent equipment and technology research and development in Guangdong Province, engaged in robot equipment and technology research, with intelligent robot control system supporting multi-machine coordination, multi-robot collaborative logistics system, high-speed parallel multi-machine cooperation and multi-robot collaborative polishing system. The company undertakes a great number of science and technology projects, torch plans, strategic emerging industry projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Provincial Science and Technology Department, and has a number of invention patents. A number of technologies have been accepted by international patents, including "double-layer disc-type tool magazines", which has obtained Japanese and US patents.

Director Wang listened carefully to Chairman Wu’s report and expressed his strong interest in our robot products. Then, accompanied by the company’s leaders, he went to the RV reducer manufacturing workshop of the robot core component to carefully understand its manufacturing process. The RV reducer project manager of our company, Xi Chengping，said that the company has excellent enterprise management and production conditions, and has a complete set of high-precision machine tools and inspection and testing equipment to ensure the high quality and excellent performance of the JLRV reducer. In addition，The company has professional senior technical experts and high-level technical processing team, with independent core manufacturing technology to ensure that products meet advanced technical indicators.

Director Wang praised and affirmed the achievements of the intelligent technology innovation of the Greatoo, and encouraged the company to continue to deepen scientific research, focusing on industrial technology problems. At the same time, he earnestly hopes that the company will actively carry out cooperation in production, education and research, go out through products and services, and introduce technology and talents, achieve the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises, as well as strengthen and expand the high-end equipment industry, and build national brands.
