The members of company's labor union immediately studied the contents of the Notice and consulted on the details of some application procedures. After confirming that our company's labor union meets a series of application subject conditions, such as "enterprises and institutions in the province that have established a labor union and have paid union funds," and then jointly with the Ministry of Human Resources, to do a statistic, from November 2018 to October 2019, front-line workers who participated in the National Vocational Qualification National and Provincial Unified Appraisal and Daily Appraisal Examination and obtained the National Vocational Qualification Certificate in Guangdong Province. At the same time, the WeChat group for filling in the application qualifications was opened, and employees who met the application requirements were convened to conduct collective guidance and answer questions, and coordinated the work of data collation and printing for everyone.
It is reported that as the last year of the "Five-Year Plan for National Staff Quality Construction Projects (2015-2019)", the subsidy amount standard has been greatly improved compared with last year. Among them, the subsidy standard for vocational qualification certificates is 500 yuan / person for junior workers, 700 yuan per person for senior workers, 1,000 yuan per person for technicians and senior technicians, and 1,000 yuan per person for "education and dream fulfillment" to improve academic qualifications. After passing the level of review, the subsidy amount will be transferred to the personal account of employees who apply for skill subsidies.
In January this year, employees who applied for subsidies successively reported that they had received subsidies. For individual employees who have passed the application but have not received the subsidy for the time being, after consulting the company's labor union and the Jiedong federation of trade unions has found that the bank cards of these employees have not been used for a long time and their accounts have been frozen. They can be activated at the relevant business hall. In the end, a total of 90 employees of our company successfully applied for this vocational qualification and skill subsidy, and 5 employees successfully applied for this "education and dream fulfillment" to improve their education subsidies.
