As we can
see,the company trade union chairman and administrative manpower director Wu
Yingxiong, deputy manager of human resources Wu Dongping, staff assistant
center Xie Hao, vice chairman Cai Hongyu and 21 difficult employees, family
members attended the meeting.Mr. Wu speech firstly at the meeting, he expressed
his sincere greetings and New Year's greetings, and encourage everyone to face
the difficultiesactively, what else,be grateful to the company leaders and

In his
speech, Director Wu introduced the performanceof the companyover the past
yearand its overall development trend for the staff and his family.He also
introduced the welfare of the company,such as the employmentinjuryinsurance,to
provide excellent work and living environment, and to support the children of
children into high-quality kindergartens and primary schools year after year ,
granting scholarships, parent-child activities, the establishment of academic
upgrading classes to provide professional skills training opportunity to carry
out poor staff condolences and so on.And it’s good for creating a harmonious
atmosphere forming the"people-oriented" corporate culture in Greatoo.Every
Spring Festival, the company's leadership did not forget anyone, and we are
willing help the difficult staff.I believe that we can create a better tomorrow
