GOODYEAR,the Customer of Greatoo, Carried Out an Investigation of Our Company

As we all know, GOODYEAR is one of the largest tire production companies in the world and one of most important customers of Greatoo. In order tocarry out bettercooperation in the future, July 20 to 21, GOODYEARsent mold expertsScott Devis and engineer Su Tingzhi to our company for a two-days audit, and they came accompanied by Mike Christie, the vice president of NORYHEAST TIRE MOLD INC. of Greatoo. The contents of the audit include the inspection of the production site, the inspection of the documents and the acceptance of the mold.


On July 20, the first day of the audit, the general manager of tire mold division HongZebinin attended the first-time exchange meeting, he expressed a warm welcome to representatives of GOODYEAR to do audit, and communicate with customers about the audit process, and the audit began after reaching a consensus.
In the first day,the audit team inspected the workshop, and they think highly of our company's workshop environment and 6S activities. What’s more, there are clear and understandable operating instructions and operating procedures displayed on the board of the workshop, whichmakes a big improvement compared to two years ago. When the audit team asked the operator, they are able to give a clear answer to the questions, and the audit team was impressed by act that staff will make a note about the defective goods and feedback to the team leader. However, the lack of the safety awareness of some employees is also a problem, although there is a lot of safety signs and specifications in the workshop, some employees still didn’t wear protection goggle as required.
The next day is the inspection of the documents and the acceptance of the mold. We can meet customer requirementsin general as we have prepared a lot for it.And customers have also pointed out few shortcomings to revise for us. The scene of the acceptance of the mold is clean and orderly, and especially the little car used for storing measuringinstruments, impressed the audit group.
And The acceptance of the mold got 93 points, which made a huge progress compared to the previous,the customer also pointed out the problem that some of the logo are wrong, and for this, the relevant departmenttook notes one by one, and made a deep reflection, to avoid the similar mistakes later.


Finally, the audit come to an end, and at the last meeting, the customer expressed their feelings: First of all, I would like to thank the colleagues of the company for their efforts to cooperate with the audit. The overall feeling is very satisfactory. Compared with 2 years ago, the company make a big difference. I believe that there will be further cooperation in the future. The audit team will return to the United States by the end of July and will issue an audit report to everyone in early August. Then, the customer pointed out the advantages of Greatoo as well as made some suggestions for our shortcomings, such as measuring instruments currently do not carry out MSA analysis (that is, R & R analysis), which can help to test and improve the effectiveness of the detection system, and advised us to carry out it. 
In general, the audit is successful! The evaluation of our customers gave us a great of confidence, and I believe we can create better mold to meet the needs of customers. In the future, we will continue to work on this basis, to be perfect and the ultimate, and provide customers with products and servicesbeyond their expectations, to meet the needs of customersand enhance satisfaction of customers, I believe that Greatoo will be better and better!
