In the morning of September 6, a sunny day, a car filled with staffs of the Greatoo drove into the branch of Pepsi Cola Beverage Co., Ltd. after the contact and arrangement between the Greatoo's external contact office and the relevant person in charge of the Jiedong Pepsi Cola Beverage Co., Ltd. Accompanied by the vice president of University Student Federation, Liu Jielong, deputy director of external contact office, Zhan Yirong, we visited the company, and exchange in depth with the Pepsi CO., Inc. Qin Zunyu director, Wu Yanglin factory director and other leader responsible for administrative and production.
Then, the visiting staff came to the conference table in the middle of the hall, the training director Sun Lina through the PPT presentation clearly introduced Pepsi's main business, factory history, distribution area of Jiedong branch, the main product line and the last year's performance return, which let us learn a lot.
Subsequently, under the guidance of a director of the factory, we came to visit the production workshop. There are four major production lines in the factory of Pepsi CO., Inc., namely: PET production line (bottling cola), CAN production line (Canned Coke), mineral water (mineral spring water) production line and BIB (syrup) production line, and looking down at the workshop's PET and CAN lines through the glass wall of the channel, we can clearly observe the entire beverage production line where no one is in the workshop. Director smiled and told us that the relevant operators are all in the background, the basic line does not require manual operation, and the current production of four production lines up to 24 million TEU every year.
Back to the museum's conference table, the desktop has been filled with Pepsi-produced drinks and snacks, in a relaxed atmosphere, the two sides began to exchange the corporate culture with each other. First of all, the factory director Qin expressed warm welcome to us, and then, the vice president of the University Student Federation of our company, Liu introduced the four major formats, domestic and international scale of Greatoo to Pepsi CO., Inc. Then, the host and guest exchange with each others in depth on the way and content of corporate culture, and proposed the intention to organize cultural activities jointly next year, in order to further improve the happiness of employees.
Autumn is the harvest season, the visit is also a lot of harvest, including friendship and inspiration, and finally, the trip came to a happy ending.
