On the eve of the symposium, the company’s trade unions, staff support centers, and various departments conducted investigations in advance to learn about the current situation of the company’s employees. After in-depth investigations, a total of 21 employees with help requests were identified. They were trapped due to illness, or were overburdened by families, or they were unable to pay the education cost for their kids. These factors made the lives of these employees difficult and need for help.
At the symposium, director Wu Yingxiong first delivered a speech and extended sincere greetings and blessings to everyone. He introduced company's development in 2017 and its achievements briefly to employees and their families, and introduced the company’s corporate culture of attaching importance to the benefits of employee. Afterwards, director Wu Yingxiong sent a condolence sum and blessings to 21 employees in difficulty one by one, and inquired in detail about the physical, living, and family status of them, and expressed the concerns of the company to them.
The employees thanked for the care and help from the company's leaders and all colleagues. They expressed that they would actively face difficulties, and strive to get out of the family's difficulties as soon as possible in order to better improve the job performance.
