Bussiness Division of Tire Molds adheres to the "respect, caring, and growing" talent development concept. In order to provide employees with good learning opportunities and platforms for learning, progress and improvement, the training center of Bussiness Division of Tire Molds has started training class for reserve talents, which aims to create an innovative, harmonious and enterprising corporate culture atmosphere.
On May 4th, the Master Ceremony of Training AssociateTraineewas held at the training center. And the general manager of Bussiness Division of Tire Molds Hong Zebin attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. In his speech, Hong Zong expressed that he hopes to use this ceremony to bring more thoughts and inspirations to the instructors and trainees, and become a new starting point for all students to learn. The ultimate goal of the training courses organized by the training center is to enable all employees to grow while they are away from work. It is also aimed at realizing the development planning of the Business Division: transformation and upgrading, making quality molds, and meeting the need of middle and high-end global customers. In the course of training, the instructors and trainees must always identify such goals, as he always put forward three hopes: First, I hope that all mentors can profoundly understand the lofty responsibilities and purpose of the training instructors for the first round of reserve cadres, bring more advanced management knowledge and better skills to students, spread positive energy, and enable students to work better and make progress or breakthrough in the world and become a qualified or even outstanding student, contributing to the development of the division; Second, I hope that the students will learn with a humble attitude. Each tutor has his own strengths, as well as rich experience and insights. Everyone must be open-minded in the learning process; Third, I hope that students will be able to think independently and be good at thinking. Everyone should truly digest and absorb the knowledge and experience taught by the tutors, and they will be better than their teachers.
President Hong encouraged all of the mentors and members present. As long as everyone is honest with each other and learns from each other, they will surely learn more useful knowledge in the coming year, and they will also be able to move toward a higher level of life. For a company, what people often lack is not people but talents, as well as the training mechanism for talents. The first training course for reserve talents in this period is an attempt of the talent training mechanism, and there will inevitably be shortcomings in the process. Teachers and trainees need to work hard together to improve, and I believe the next training class will certainly be able to do better.
Afterwards, themasterceremony officially began. The tutors took the stage to attend the meeting, and the students then stood in front of the master and tookabowto the tutor. They were grateful to the tutor for their guidance and help. The teachers and students exchanged gifts and read the tutor and apprentice oaths, as well as took a photo.
At this point, themasterceremony ended successfully, but for each student, it meant a new beginning. We believe that under the care of the company's leaders, under the guidance of the mentor, under the self-effort of the trainees, everyone will certainly grow quickly, give full play to their strengths, and contribute to the development of the company.
