In order to promote the development of new employees and the company, effectively help employees solve problems in their work and life, create a good corporate culture atmosphere, as well as increase employee's sense of belonging and loyalty, on May 29, in vegetarian restaurant on the third floor of the Zhanqian Road factory, the staff help center launched a new employee seminar on the topic of "getting forward and listening to the voice of staff", and gathered together with the newly recruited employees in 2018 to express their opinions.
The seminar was hosted by Xie Hao, the chairman of the staff help center. He introduced the current company's business situation and future development strategy and direction to the new employees, and asked everyone to put forward opinions and suggestions on work or life. In a relaxed atmosphere, new employees spoke freely and some suggested that the company's canteen could provide more dishes and extend the dining time. As the company implemented the division of various business divisions, sometimes people had no food when they came to the dining hall. Optional or has stopped feeding, resulting in employees need to go out to eat, resulting in a waste of time; Some suggest that companies provide more herbal tea supply machines, or increase beverage self-service vending machines for employees; Some suggest that the top-level dormitory can be installed air conditioning as soon as possible and so on. At the same time, many new employees praised the leisure bar and library set up by the company. They said that leisure bars are cheap, the library is full of books, and the environment is comfortable. These two places have become a good place for leisure and recreation. They can not only relax. The mood can also enrich their amateur knowledge.
