On April 6th,2016, the spring breeze was pleasant and the warm sun was shining on the sky. with the company of Ren XueFeng, the secretary of Guangzhou party committee, Wen GuoHui, the mayor of Guangzhou, Hu ChunHua, the secretary of Guangdong provincial party committee, were present to the institute of Geatoo(Guangzhou) for inspection. They were warmly welcomed by the Wu Chaozong, the chairman of the board, and Zheng Xuxu, the president of the company, and all staffs in the institute.
Firstly, Hu watched the show of Southern Lion which was the combination of two intelligent robots and Chinese traditional cultures. The two robot lions danced flowing the music rhythm, which aimed to show the high agility, high coherence and high reliability. Afterwards, with the company of the chairman wu, ChunHua, Hu visited our exhibition stage of RV decelerator and robot controller, which were developed by the company itself. Hu showed his great affirmation to our company when he was informed that our company had grasped the self-owned intellectual property of the key component of that two robots. He pointed, whether to master the key technology or not is the biggest challenge in the filed of our county’s robot, on this aspects, Greatoo had break it through greatly based on the cooperation with Germany and Israel. He hoped that Greatoo could move on innovating in order to undertake the responsibility and mission of our China’s intelligence future.
With the company of chairman WU and his explanation along way, ChunHua, Hu visited the rich kinds of robot application cases including Double Della Robots cooperative Work, Six Degrees Freedom Robot Perform Sword, Laser cutting, Weld Robot Application, Articulated Arm Teaching, Robot Polishing, Robot imitation and welding, AGV Automatic Logistics Line, Robot handling fixture replacement tires and Stereoscopic warehouse. In the cooperative product area of Sino-German, chairman Wu introduced to HU about the achievements which have obtained the national PTC patent, including High-speed five-axis milling machine carving, drilling and tapping machining centers and automated machining cell phone, and the flexible production control unit training platform that was provided for Tsinghua University. Hu stayed for a long time in front of the robot visual system, asking chairman Wu about its operational principle in a lot of interest. This kind of robot visual system was composed of a six degrees freedom robot and a visual system. According to the already collected messages from the picture, our groups extracted Workpiece feature parameter specifically, identified the types of workpiece and judge the position and gesture of the workpiece, the robot finally made the workpiece to be intelligently identified and processed.
